Toegankelijk360 AI is a product of Toegankelijk360 B.V., registered in the Netherlands. We provide an AI-powered web accessibility scanner that helps organisations test and improve the accessibility of their websites.

2. What personal data do we process?

We only process data that is necessary to provide our services:

• Contact details: name and email address when creating an account or getting in touch.
• Scan data: the URL you enter when running an accessibility scan.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version for security and debugging.
• Usage data: anonymous statistics about website usage via Vercel Analytics.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: for delivering our scan and audit services.
• Legitimate interest: for securing and improving our services.
• Consent: for placing non-essential cookies (see Cookie Policy).

4. Retention periods

Scan results are stored temporarily (session-based) and are not retained permanently unless you create an account. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and for a maximum of 2 years after deletion for tax purposes.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following processors:

• Vercel: hosting and analytics (US, adequacy decision)
• Browserless.io: headless browser technology for rendering websites during scans
• OpenAI: AI analysis of accessibility results (anonymised content)
• Supabase: database storage (EU region)

Data processing agreements are in place with all processors.

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right to access your data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

7. Complaints

Have a complaint about our data processing? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. The most recent version is always available on this page. We inform account holders of substantial changes by email.
